BAC Flash, a Rising U18 Girls NCSL team, is looking for players for the Fall 2022 season

Flash practices throughout the year, participates in the Fall and Spring NCSL seasons, plays in at least 2 tournaments per year, participates in winter Futsal indoor games and training and a one-week developmental team-only camp in the summer. Annual team dues are roughly $320 plus one-time uniform purchase in addition to the club fee (historically $475).

• NCSL Division 1 (Fall 2020)
• NCSL Division 2 (present)
• NCSL Division 3 (Fall 2018 - Spring 2019)
• NCSL Division 4 (Spring 2018)

Coach Melone and the Flash follow US Youth Soccer best practices, teaching the 6 principles of play with a continued focus on skills improvement. The Flash develops the whole person. We encourage participation in VYSA ODP programs and are a multi-sport friendly team. Head Coach Jim Melone is US Youth Soccer license (D) certified and has over 15 years’ experience coaching (U5-U19 and High School). Coach Melone’s coaching style is one of empowerment and passion for the “beautiful game”. Growth of the individual player and team development are our most important objectives.
