We are looking for accomplished players of a very competitive nature to join our team for the Fall 2019 Season.
We are looking for field players, especially striker and defensive positions. If you are interested in trying out for the Predators, evaluations will run throughout the Spring season. Player will be required to attend multiple training sessions, and scrimmages when possible. The team trains in the Burke Area (Patriot Park & Lake Braddock Secondary School). This is a group of young soccer players that are committed to train and play hard, and to improve their game to play at a higher level. The team is professionally coached by Carlos Vargas, who is a USSF licensed Coach, and has been coaching over 18 years at all levels of play (U4s thru U19s, Rec, Travel, Adults and High school). Coach Vargas also holds the COERVER Youth Diploma, and has been successfully teaching young players using the Coerver method for many years. Founded in 1999, Elite Development Program Soccer (EDP) is one of the largest organizers of youth soccer leagues and tournaments in the U.S. EDP operates youth leagues for boys and girls ages 9-19, conducts a Futures program for players ages 7-11, and operates U20/23 men’s and women’s leagues. About the United States Youth Soccer National League The US Youth Soccer National Leagues Program is for the nation’s top teams in the 13U through 19U boys and girls age groups, offering additional exposure to collegiate, professional and U.S. National Team coaches. In the 2018-19 soccer season, the program will include the national tier called the National League, which will feature a total of 352 teams, as well as the multi-state tier, which will be comprised of a network of several high-level competitive conferences throughout the country. |
